Our squadron just had ladies night at a fun paint your own pottery place…it was nice to get out:) I do try to do that once a week. However, I get up extra early every morning to get my workout out of the way and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace…that's my "ME" time:) Great post!

Consistent bedtime, regimented weekday schedule that allows for flexibility on the weekends, mommy and me boot camp/yoga/Pilates – you’re still with your children but they’re in a play room/area, bilingual learning through dvd – buys you time to clean up, bathe, read, whatever it is you like for an hour.
