A Trip to Ancient Ephesus

Ben got home from his deployment in November. During the post-deployment block leave, we went on a Mediterranean Cruise.  I have been slowly blogging about all the ports 🙂

The next stop on our cruise was Turkey!

I loved it!  I think visiting the ruins in Ephesus was one of my most favorite parts of the cruise. I had never been to a place that you could call “Biblical” before and it was just amazing!

Ephesus is one of the 7 churches mentioned in the book of Revelation.  Paul also lived in Ephesus.  I just tried to imagine all that when I was there.

He fell asleep as soon as we got on the bus.  I was pretty tired out too.
