Celebrating our anniversary in San Francisco, California

August 31, 2012 by Julie 5 Comments

When we were in California my Mother-in-law watched the boys for us for a night. We decided to spend the day in San Francisco and then a night in a hotel. We ended up spending about five hours in the city and then found our hotel in Alameda which was nice. It was across the street from a shopping center with restuants so it worked out perfectly for us and was much cheaper than staying in the city.

San Francisco

First we stopped to take pictures at the Golden Gate Bridge.  For some reason I have never done this before.  It was a treat!

We walked by Fisherman’s Wharf and spent some time at Pier 39!

Lots of people at Pier 39 🙂

Then we walked around the city a little bit.

We had a lot of fun just the two of us.  It was nice to have that little time together and celebrate our 10th anniversary a little early 🙂

True hardcore gamers shouldn’t feel threatened by Kinect but learn how embrace it. I can honestly admit I’m a true hardcore gamer even though the term seems to mean less today of the usb ports did during the previously console generationsimporting games, collecting games and devices, weird but fun playthings. Hardcore gamers play just a little everything not just FRAMES PER SECOND, War Sims, or sports games. We realize that we be the basis for the new , nor unique, otherwise there would be no FPS on consoles or even for usmany computer junkies said hello couldn’t be done. MS is investing in Kinect the idea believes in it and the possibilities that can come with Kinect in the. Think about how very little it pushed the HD-Dvd add-on and exactly how much it’s pushing Kinect. It has to believe in it quite a lot. I don’t think it’s mostly planning to let Kinect crash, nor is MS planning to reduce on controller based games for gamers who prefer them. MS is just offering something new to gamers planning to explore every avenue d from gaming. To be honest, that’s what true gaming regarding, not just being a couch potato or a whiner. I agree, the current line-up isn’t everything that great but I’m capable to see what things is available in like this time next season when developers have had a little more time.
